Asia’s first photography – specialized fair: Seoul Photo2010
Following the success of fairs in 2008 and 2009, Seoul Photo 2010 takes place April 29, 2010,
at COEX Hall B, Samseong-dong, Seoul. In tune with the enormous and dynamic potential of the
Asian photo market, Seoul Photo 2010 will highlight many aspects of the world of photography,
which keeps growing, year after year. Incredibly, Seoul Photo 2009 attracted 43,000 viewers.

Under one roof, Seoul Photo 2010 will bring together the best of photography, rarely seen in other
art fairs, which often concentrate their interest on painting. This will be a special occasion, where
photo dedicated galleries, photographers, collectors, and critics, will all gather together in one place.
Spain – The guest of honor nation in 2010
In 2009 the guest of honor nation was Sweden, in 2010 it is Spain. Also, as with every year,
photographers renowned throughout the world for their artistic talent are invited from the guest of
honor nationto participate in Seoul Photo 2010. Added to this, Spain’s celebrity curator Alejandro
Castellote, who will select 100 pieces by 10 photographers.
